Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking a Hydraulic Validation Engineer to perform validation testing of hydraulic systems and components. You will develop test plans, collect and analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and prepare technical reports to support product development.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in hydraulic systems, with strong problem-solving and documentation skills. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, or related Engineering field.
• 2+ years of experience in hydraulic systems, validation, testing, or product development.
• Experience with hydraulic components, test equipment, and data analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience working in laboratory, R&D, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hydraulic system and component validation testing.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures.
• Analyze test data and evaluate system performance.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
