Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking an engineer to lead hydraulic system validation and testing within our R&D/engineering teams. You will develop test plans, execute procedures, and analyze results to ensure system performance and reliability.

Collaboration with design and manufacturing will be key to delivering high-quality products. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background with hands-on experience in hydraulic systems, data collection, and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in hydraulic systems, validation, testing, or product development.
• Experience with hydraulic components, test equipment, and data analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Experience in laboratory, R&D, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hydraulic system and component validation testing.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures.
• Analyze test data and evaluate system performance.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Document test results and prepare technical reports.
• Support product development and design validation activities.
