Job summary

ALL KNOWN SERVICES is seeking a Test and Validation Engineer (Hydraulic Systems) to lead hydraulic testing projects in a hands-on lab setting. You will plan, execute, and analyze tests on components and systems with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and throughput.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience (BS) or 3 years with an MS, plus hands-on mechanical/electrical skills and excellent communication. Contract role lasting 12 months with potential extension, on-site in Illinois.

• 5–7 years of engineering or testing experience (BS), or 3 years with MS; internships count.
• Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical skills are essential.
• Strong data analysis and failure analysis experience.

Leads hydraulic testing projects from planning to conclusion — hands-on exposure to hydraulics and fluid components/sub-systems across various machines and product groups. Casual, hands-on lab environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and throughput.

Must haves:

• Four-year technical degree in Engineering or Technology
• 5-7 years of experience (or 3+ years with a Master's; internships count)
• Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical skills
• Strong data analysis and failure analysis experience
