Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Hydraulic Technician in Summerville, SC to disassemble, inspect, recondition, reassemble and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and related components.

The role requires reading schematics, disassembling machines, installing seals, testing repaired equipment, and reporting issues to the Shop Manager. Ideal candidates will be proficient in cylinder assembly and teardown with good eye-hand coordination and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to read schematics and operation sheets.
• Ability to disassemble and reassemble machines and equipment.
• Responsible for inspecting, identifying and installing seals.
• Responsible for testing and set-up of all repaired equipment.
• Reports any malfunctions or equipment problems to Shop Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
