Job summary

Bosch Rexroth offers an internship program through HydraForce to develop future engineering resources. Qualifications

• Committed to an engineering college undergraduate program.
• Fluid power knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of PLC programming.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed and motivated.
• Good technical/mechanical aptitude.
• Good organizational skills.
• Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic circuits and tooling used on test stands throughout plant.
• Analyze and repair possible stand issues based on troubleshooting guides if stands are out of startup control.
• Review hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic circuits and schematics to troubleshoot test setups and power unit equipment.
• Calibrate testing equipment such as pressure transducers, flow meter displays, heat, and current sensors.
• Perform and assist in correlation studies and GR&R for qualifying stands for specific products.
• Update documentation in Q-Pulse. Training will be provided.
