TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician in Waco, TX to read engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams to install, connect, and test hydraulic components for our aerial lift units, ensuring safety and performance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hydraulic installation experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the discipline to work independently or as part of a team within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of hydraulic installation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics, engineering drawings, and technical manuals.
• General mechanical capability and strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install hydraulic components per schematics and drawings.
• Fabricate and install mounting hardware for hydraulic components.
• Assemble and install hydraulic hoses with correct fittings and torques.
• Perform start-up procedures including pressure testing and flow verification.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic issues during installation and testing.
• Install related electrical components: 12V wiring and 120/240V connections.
• Ensure work complies with specifications, guidelines, and customer requirements.
• Maintain installation logs and test results.
• Support process improvements to hydraulic designs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per safety policies.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and field issue resolution.
