Job summary

LeoForce in Cincinnati is seeking a Hydraulic Systems Engineer at mid-level to own the technical side of hydraulic projects, from requirements to schematics to validation and commissioning.

The role partners with customers and sales, creates schematics, sizes components, builds BOMs, supports quotes, reviews designs, tests, and assists with startup and field troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• BS in ME/Fluid Power or related field.
• 3+ years experience in industrial hydraulics/systems integration.
• Strong circuit design and component selection (UL/CE a plus).
• CAD and hydraulic modeling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define the application with customers and sales to design the best-fit hydraulic system.
• Create schematics, size components, build BOMs, and support quotes/proposals.
• Review/approve designs, support testing/validation, and improve performance from field feedback.
• Support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting for new and retrofit systems.
