Job summary

Airline Hydraulics Corporation seeks a Fluid Systems Designer to develop and improve hydraulic system drawings and design documents for Power Unit production. You will design systems from schematics and BOMs, produce schematics, test procedures, and general arrangement drawings, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Production.

The role requires proficiency with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision under general

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Mechanical Technology or similar.
• 5+ years reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Experience with CAD standards and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design hydraulic systems based on schematics, BOMs, and related documents.
• Provide documentation to build and test hydraulic systems (schematics, BOMs, general arrangement drawings, test procedures).
• Review customer specifications and supporting documentation in detail.
• Travel to Airline Hydraulics facilities, customers and suppliers as needed.
• Provide technical support for Sales, Customer Service and other functions.
• Project management and design collaboration across teams.
