Job summary

Ground Force Worldwide is seeking an assembler in Idaho to join our mining equipment manufacturing team. You will assemble components and subassemblies, install wiring and hydraulic plumbing, and test assemblies to design specifications.

Must have HS diploma and at least 3 years of heavy machinery assembly experience; strong ability to read drawings/blueprints and work with diverse teams; starting wage is $23–$28 per hour depending on experience, with benefits and a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years practical experience in heavy machinery/equipment assembly.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow drawings/blueprints.
• Experience with wiring and plumbing assembly and testing of completed assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is performed, inspected and documented per policy and customer expectations.
• Maintain production pace and meet job deadlines.
• Inform Lead of progress and any potential delays.
• Monitor safety and compliance; report unsafe/non-compliant activities.
• Review master work authorizations, drawings, notes and change orders for compliance.
• Keep work area clean, safe and organized.
• Coordinate with Lead and Quality Control for timely inspections.
• Allocate labor and materials to the correct job and use time/tools efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead.
