Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude and understand assembly processes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with manual and powered assembly tools.
• Knowledge of torque specifications and measurement devices.
• Reading, writing, and speaking English required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic motors and subcomponents per drawings, SOPs, and torque specs.
• Install seals, bearings, shafts, and rotating components using hand and power tools.
• Lift and handle components up to 45 lbs; maintain 8–10 hour standing.
• Perform in-process quality inspections and document production data.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain 5S workstation.
