Job summary

Power Packer North America Inc in Westfield, Wisconsin is seeking an Assembler to join our team. You will assemble hydraulic systems and components, interpret blueprints and process documents, and operate air tools and fixtures in a collaborative setting.

Standards include lifting up to 30 pounds intermittently and occasional heavier moves, with a Monday-Thursday 10-hour shift and potential overtime. We emphasize safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the line.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints, bills of material, ship orders, parts lists, and defect charts.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to understand quality standards and gauging.
• Ability to lift 1–30 pounds intermittently and move 50–70 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic systems and components.
• Operate air tools, wrenches, sockets, power assembly and holding fixtures.
• Read blueprints, work instructions and process flow diagrams.
• Interpret information from SPC charts.
• Work in a team environment using continuous improvement tools.
