Our client is seeking a Hydraulic Regional Sales Manager for the South Central region, covering the states of TX, OK, AR, and LA. Join a leader in the mobile hydraulics industry, providing high-quality hydraulic components and electrical control products. A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered.

Territory:

TX, OK, AR, LA (Candidates can reside in any of these states).

Responsibilities:
  1. Initiate and expand business development opportunities for hydraulic system components.
  2. Drive revenue growth within the assigned territory by expanding the customer base to meet or exceed sales goals.
  3. Build and maintain partnerships with customers to enhance loyalty and market presence, achieving business benchmarks.
  4. Conduct market research to gather customer insights and feedback on competitive products to improve market position.
  5. Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and targeted outreach.
  6. Use strategic selling approaches to engage customers and provide custom solutions to meet their performance goals.
  7. Log all interactions and activities in the CRM system to meet KPIs for calls, site visits, and other customer activities.
  8. Represent the company at industry trade shows, build relationships with prospects, and expand business opportunities.
  9. Manage sales activities efficiently, including travel expenses, within company budget guidelines.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree preferred; B.A. degrees will also be considered. Preference for degrees with a technical background.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of technical product sales experience, with a proven track record working with distributors and OEMs.
  3. Hydraulic sales experience with a fluid power manufacturer or distributor is preferred.
  4. Ability to travel up to 60%, including some overnight travel.
