Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Thorough understanding of hydraulic components, braking, electrical and air systems.
• Ability to rebuild pumps, piston pumps, motors and valves.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; able to work with limited supervision.
• Proficient with computers, MS Office and service software.
• Ability to complete service reports with pertinent work order details.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work high volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, remove, repair and replace hydraulic components and systems.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic pumps, motors, valves and cylinders.
• Maintain documentation and service reports; provide details for work orders.
• Support customers with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.
• Occasionally operate heavy machinery.
• Collaborate with team to meet business and customer demands.
