Turn Around Communications, Inc. (TACI) is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a fleet of heavy equipment and underground construction machinery in Montebello, CA.

The role focuses on hydraulic systems, diesel engines, electrical diagnostics, and preventative fleet maintenance. You will support fiber optic deployment projects across Southern California, perform in-shop and field repairs, and ensure a safe, efficient fleet operation in line with OSHA

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of hydraulic, heavy equipment, or diesel mechanic experience.
• Experience repairing underground utility construction equipment.
• Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Preferred experience with HDD equipment (Ditch Witch, Vermeer, Toro).

Mansioni

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and diesel engine systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, and construction machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair HDD equipment (Ditch Witch, Vermeer, Toro) and related components.
• Repair hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, hoses, fittings, and control systems.
• Maintain fleet vehicles and complete DOT inspections as needed.
• Respond to field service calls to support active projects and document repairs.
