Job summary

Bradshaw Supply is hiring for a frontline position in Teachey, NC. The role includes building and repairing hydraulic hoses, assisting customers, processing hose sales at the POS, and maintaining shop inventory.

You will work 8am-5pm on weekdays with a commission-based earning potential and paid vacation time. Qualifications include two years in auto/parts or related education, hands-on hydraulic hose experience, familiarity with farm equipment and machinery, and solid computer/POS skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of auto/parts shop related experience or education.
• Experience making hydraulic hoses and hydraulic machinery.
• Familiarity with machinery and farm equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and machinery skills.
• Proficiency in computers and POS systems.
• Ability to handle cash and card sales.

Responsibilities

• Repair, patch and build hydraulic hoses in a timely and precise manner.
• Resolve shop tasks; basic plumbing parts and repair work.
• Understand hydraulic hose sizes, threads, and specs, and fittings and adapters.
• Assist customers to find the right hose or product.
• Operate hydraulic machinery.
• Complete hose sales on a POS register.
• Log jobs and materials on tablets/computers.
• Keep inventory accurate and organized.
