Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 Base+Commission/year

Description

Bridgestone HosePower is the premier distributor of hydraulic and industrial hose products with over 35 years of experience. We are seeking qualified candidates to join our Charlotte, NC Mobile Service Division, which provides on-site hydraulic hose assembly replacement support. Our services cater to markets such as oil and gas, aggregate, waste, landscape, and heavy construction, servicing equipment from backhoes to 400-ton mining haul trucks.

As a Field Service Technician, you will:

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations
• Remove and install hose assemblies as needed
• Perform machine inspections
• Engage in cold calling and territory development
• Manage and grow an existing territory
• Provide quotations for large projects
• Report data accurately for invoicing
• Maintain company equipment properly

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Sound, independent judgment
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills
• A passion for excellence
• Soft skills for customer interaction and relationship building
• Ability to work under pressure
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record, including no DUI
• Mechanical aptitude
