Job summary

Bosch Rexroth USA is seeking an Aftermarket Field Service Technician to perform field-based service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for hydraulic drive systems across the United States, with some international travel.

The role requires hands-on installation, testing, and commissioning of hydraulic motors, power units, and control systems, plus startup support and customer training. Strong MS Office skills and physical readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required with equivalency.
• 2+ years on-site, direct customer and travel experience.
• 2+ years as a field service technician in hydraulics, power transmission or related field.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, able to perform physically strenuous work.
• Proficient in MS Office—Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydraulic drive field service work across the United States with possible international travel.
• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic drive systems and related equipment.
• Provide on-site supervision and technical support during service activities.
• Perform testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to resolve system issues.
• Conduct preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance as required.
• Support startups and commissioning of hydraulic motors, power units, system accessories, piping, and control systems.
• Prepare detailed service reports and documentation per standards.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to customers and colleagues.
• Deliver technical and operational training as needed.
