Job summary

A full-service engineering firm is seeking a Project Engineer to manage hydraulic designs for multimodal transportation projects in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of related experience, including knowledge of NCDOT projects. Responsibilities include overseeing project plans and managing project schedules to ensure quality delivery. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hydraulics engineering, preferably on NCDOT projects.
• Knowledge of AASHTO, NCDOT and NC municipal guidelines.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality projects on-time and on-budget.
• Design and oversee production of plans and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with other service lines to develop project plans.
• Assist in advancing projects through feasibility analysis to design.
