Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or commensurate experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Production, or Hydraulic Systems.
• Knowledge of Dover Hydraulics’ current processes and project planning required.
• Experience managing work groups and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plans and completes master schedule for Hydraulic Cylinder Repairs from start to finish.
• Updates customers through preferred communication channel.
• Analyzes repair specifications to determine material, tools, and human-resource needs for the schedule.
• Schedules workflow for each craft and operation according to client lead times.
• Collaborates with managers to finalize schedules and expedites delayed operations.
