Job Title: Hydraulic Components Technician

Shift: 1st

Starting Compensation Range: $21.14 - $37.75 per hour

The Hydraulic Components Technician is provided the training to be able to disassemble, inspect, repair/replace, reassemble and test hydraulic components to meet factory specifications. This is an entry level position that requires strong aptitude but no previous experience.

Requirements for the Hydraulic Components Technician position include:

• Develop troubleshooting skills and the ability to accurately diagnose and repair equipment
• Apply troubleshooting techniques to logically and effectively diagnose failures, including failure analysis
• Work in coordination with team to achieve Continuous Improvement goals and objectives
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Self-starter motivated to be successful in a team environment
• Willingness and ability to learn operation of specialized shop equipment
• Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and service software
• Must be willing to work shifts as needed, including days, nights, and/or weekends to meet customer needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Promote a positive customer experience

Seeking Candidates with:

• Previous experience troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment failures preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
• Frequently required to sit
• Regularly lift and /or move up to 70 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
