Responsibilities

- Install hose clamps and hardware using hand and power tools.
- Connect hoses to components.
- Assist in layout and installation of hardware per job specifications.
- Follow diagrams/blueprints to ensure proper hose connections.
- Ensure hoses have chaff protection where required.
- Assist in fixing leaks and repairing faulty components.

General Scope: Assists in the planning, the layout, and installation of hydraulic hose and components, based on job specifications and local codes.
This is a Night Shift Role (Estimated 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.)
HYDRAULIC ASSEMBLER / MECHANIC Position Summary:
- Measure, cut, fabricate and install hydraulic hose.
- Install hose clamps and hardware using hand and power tools.
- Connect hoses to components.
- Assist in the layout and installation of hardware, based on job specifications.
- Follow diagrams or blueprints, ensuring that hose connections are proper.
- Ensures all hoses have chaff protection where required.
- Assist in fixing leaks and repairing faulty components.
HYDRAULIC ASSEMBLER / MECHANIC Education:
High School diploma (or equivalent), two-year College degree (or technical school certificate); or a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
HYDRAULIC ASSEMBLER / MECHANIC Knowledge: Incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
- Ability to read Hydraulic schematics
- 2 to 5 year hydraulic experience
- Experience with Hydraulic
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to follow, basic hydraulic schematic drawings, and engineering blueprints.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Capable of working in a team environment
- $3000 sign on bonus
- Accrue 80 Hours of Paid Time Off during your first year of employment
- 10 Paid Holidays per year
- 401(k) match of $0.50 for every $1.00 you contribute up to 6% of your salary
