The position focuses on helping families develop wraparound teams, creating plans based on strengths and needs, and coordinating services. Applicants must reside in Miami County, Indiana and have a BA/BS and 24+ months of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of experience in clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare or K-12 education.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must reside in and travel within Miami County, Indiana for in-person meetings.
• Home office setup with computer, internet, and smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Help families develop wraparound teams of professionals, friends, and family.
• Create wraparound plans based on family strengths and needs.
• Help families access services and supports to meet goals.
• Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings.
