Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; 24 months of relevant experience in clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or K-12 education.
• Must pass thorough background screens.
• Requires reliable home office setup with computer, internet and smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Help families develop a wraparound team with professionals, friends and family.
• Create a wraparound plan based on family strengths and needs.
• Assist families in accessing services and supports to meet goals.
• Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plans.
