Job summary

PACS Group in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide specialized wound care across Westerville Post Acute and Dublin Post Acute in a hybrid schedule. As a Hybrid Wound Care Nurse, you will assess, treat, and document wounds, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure timely treatment while maintaining resident dignity.

You will travel between the two facilities to deliver consistent, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in Ohio.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in wound care preferred.
• Ability to read and follow physicians' orders and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat wounds, monitor healing progression.
• Document care and updates in resident records.
• Collaborate with PT/OT and medical team on plans of care.
• Communicate with residents and families about care plans.
