Sentry is seeking a Workplace Technology Engineer to drive design, implementation, and maintenance of innovative tech solutions. This role supports a hybrid work model, balancing home and in‑office collaboration at the Stevens Point campus.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex end‑point issues, enhancing efficiencies, and delivering improved user experiences through automation while partnering with senior engineers and leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
• Experience with operating systems and Microsoft 365 in an enterprise office setting.
• Proficient with scripted automation in a relevant scripting language.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology (server, network, storage, security).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of workplace technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex and cross‑domain end‑point environment problems.
• Improve process efficiencies and outcomes within workplace technology and across the organization.
• Identify and deliver improved client experience using scripting and automation.
• Develop relationships with lead engineers and technical leadership across desktop hardware and software support.
