Qualifications

• Describe supervisory experience and demonstrate ability to lead staff, provide direction, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Describe experience developing and maintaining effective working relationships with government representatives at various levels, public, and community partners.
• Describe experience supervising and managing complex projects from initiation through completion, including project management tools or methods and monitoring work plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program coordination and consultation in research, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training for Department Workforce Development Initiatives for direct service professionals (DSPs).
• Obtain input from internal and external partners on curriculum and learning platforms to implement current and future initiatives.
• Identify training needs and gaps for future program development.
