We Are Legal Revolution seeks a Workers’ Compensation Litigation Associate to support a busy defense-side docket, handling case evaluation, discovery, and hearings across the full lifecycle of workers’ compensation matters.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior attorneys, with hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to grow workers’ compensation expertise alongside broader litigation skills.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• 3–10 years of litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage matters with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and advance workers’ compensation litigation files for employers/insurers.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions and related advocacy materials.
• Handle discovery tasks and case development; participate in depositions.
• Prepare for and attend hearings before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, including appeals.
• Partner with lead attorneys on strategy and day-to-day litigation planning.
