We Are Legal Revolution in California is seeking an experienced workers’ compensation defense attorney to join a well-established firm with a century-long legacy. The role offers hybrid or remote work from eight CA offices, with a base salary up to $225k DOE and a full benefits package. You’ll manage lien litigation, defense strategy, depositions, and settlements within a supportive partnership-track environment.

Qualifications

• As little as 6 months experience in workers’ compensation defense, all the way up to partner level in workers’ compensation law.
• Handle lien litigation, subrogation recovery, insurance coverage disputes, and walk-through settlements.
• Manage your caseload with partner support, including depositions, discovery, trial strategy, and motions.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims, minimizing liability through aggressive yet strategic approaches.
• Handle lien litigation, subrogation recovery, insurance coverage disputes, and walk-through settlements.
• Manage your caseload with partner support, including depositions, discovery, trial strategy, and motions.
• Tackle complex regulatory compliance and high-impact cases, from standard claims to trauma and serious injury matters.
