Qualifications

• Active California Bar admission in good standing required.
• 3–10 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage and advance workers’ compensation litigation files for employers and insurers.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions and related materials.
• Handle discovery tasks and participate in depositions as needed.
• Prepare for and attend hearings before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
• Collaborate with lead attorneys on strategy and day-to-day litigation planning.
