Job summary

Sedgwick in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a results-driven Workers' Compensation/Liability Claims Liaison to join our hybrid team. You will analyze complex general liability claims, determine benefits due, and manage the litigation process to deliver timely, cost-effective resolutions while upholding client service standards.

This role requires five years of claims management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and professional certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex general liability claims and determine exposure through evidence gathering.
• Manage the litigation process with timely, cost-effective resolution.
• Coordinate vendor referrals for investigation or litigation management.
• Lead team meetings and assign follow-up items.
• Gather information for team meetings and reporting.
• Support interview of adjusters and staff; provide feedback to hiring manager.
• Assist with monthly review of adjuster workloads; may supervise up to 3 direct reports.
