Great West, an Old Republic company, is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner to join our team in Boise, ID. This hybrid role offers three days in-office and two remote days per week and includes a robust relocation package.

You will investigate, evaluate, and manage workers’ compensation claims, negotiate settlements, and build strong relationships with injured workers, employers, providers, and attorneys. Collaborative, problem-solving professionals thrive here.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in workers' compensation claims or related insurance/claims role.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong negotiation and independent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and manage workers' compensation claims from start to finish.
• Negotiate settlements and drive claims toward resolution.
• Build relationships with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and lawyers.
• Make timely, thoughtful decisions while delivering exceptional customer service.
