Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• California workers' compensation experience required | SIP Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process workers' compensation claims to determine exposure and benefits.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity to the claimant and client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions professionally and timely.
