Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and Excel proficiency are essential. Workday experience is strongly preferred, with duties including inquiries, audits, and payroll reporting to internal departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience in a large multi-state organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong data management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records (wages, deductions, bonuses, overtime).
• Verify and reconcile payroll data prior to transmission and finalize payroll reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management promptly.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal departments.
