Job summary

RSM is seeking a Solution Architect for Workday Integrations – Finance. The role owns the integration architecture between Workday Finance and the broader RSM application ecosystem, designing connectors, EIBs, Studio integrations, and API contracts.

You will collaborate with Boomi iPaaS and API gateway architects on data models and end-to-end data flows. You will design high-volume integrations, security configurations, and interfaces for Procurement-to-Pay, travel expense feeds, and financial

Qualifications

8+ years of integration architecture experience.
4+ years focused on Workday integrations.
Strong understanding of Workday security architecture and ISU/ISSG patterns for integration accounts.
Experience with Workday RaaS and complex XSLT transformations.
Familiarity with Boomi AtomSphere or comparable iPaaS and Camunda orchestration counterpart.

Responsibilities

Own the Workday integration architecture and align with enterprise integration strategy.
Design integrations using Workday toolset and related platforms (SOAP/REST).
Define Workday security configuration for integrations per enterprise guidelines.
Partner with Boomi iPaaS Architect to align contracts with canonical model and patterns.
Design procurement-to-pay and expense management integrations and related interfaces.
