Primerica in Duluth, GA is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to provide technical, analytical, and systems maintenance support for HCM, including Compensation, Talent, Recruiting and Payroll. The role involves evaluating and implementing Workday functionality while ensuring data integrity.

This hybrid position may require 2–3 days in office weekly; candidates must reside in Georgia and be ready to collaborate with HR and IT teams on process improvements and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 1-2 years Workday experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure ongoing HCM Workday settings including organizations, templates, notifications, and business processes.
• Assess new Workday functionality during releases; discuss impact with HR.
• Support testing during releases; help develop test plans.
• Communicate Workday features to internal customers.
• Develop advanced Workday HCM reports; provide audit and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure effective reporting, dashboards, and data analytics.
