Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a Full Stack WordPress Developer for a long-term contract-to-hire role. You will design, develop, and maintain WordPress sites (Elementor Pro) and headless WordPress frontends with React, on a hybrid schedule in Woodland Park.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of web development across stacks and strong skills in PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. You will collaborate with the software team, communicate progress, and help deliver secure, performant interfaces.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional website development experience across multiple stacks.
• Proficiency in React, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and SQL.
• Experience with WordPress plugins and custom plugin/theme development is preferred.
• Working knowledge of WordPress CMS, APIs, security and SEO fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain WordPress sites and headless WordPress frontends.
• Build React-based frontends and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and CDNs.
• Focus on performance, security, mobile responsiveness, and UX.
• Collaborate with team, manage tasks, and communicate progress clearly.
