Full Stack Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP (Laravel or Core), and ReactJS.


• Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.


• Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components.


• Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development.


• Ability to learn and support COTS and SaaS Applications.

Support Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.


• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.


• Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.


• Ability to coordinate with Application and Platform teams, Hyper‑Care support, performance optimization, unit test & integration test support.


• Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 technical delivery.


• Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs.


• Strong client‑facing role at the customer location or remotely.

Project Collaboration:

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.


• Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.


• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

• Strong proficiency in WordPress (custom themes, plugins, REST API).


• PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP).


• ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, component‑based architecture).


• Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development.


• Experience with MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.


• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.


• Proven experience in leading support or development teams.
