Job summary

The H&K Group, Inc. Marketing/Public Relations department in Skippack, PA seeks a Web Developer/Designer who blends technical development with strong visual design to build, maintain, and enhance websites.

You will translate marketing goals into attractive, functional digital experiences, collaborate across management and marketing teams, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Hybrid in-office option is available.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Communications, Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related.
• 5-10 years of experience in the Web Development / Design field.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive web design and CMS such as WordPress or similar.
• Proficiency with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites.
• Build and update web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant web technologies.
• Manage and maintain website content, functionality, and performance.
• Ensure websites are optimized for desktops, iPads, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot website issues and implement timely solutions.
• Improve website speed, usability, accessibility, and SEO.
• Work with internal teams to develop landing pages, online forms, and other digital experiences.
• Integrate third-party tools, plugins, APIs, analytics, and other website services as needed.
