Job summary

Parkhill in Oklahoma City is seeking a Water Resources Professional Engineer to lead planning, design, and delivery of water resource infrastructure from conception through construction.

You will manage projects, prepare technical reports, obtain permits, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure quality, schedule, and budget. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and HEC-RAS is preferred.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree.
• PE license in Oklahoma.
• Minimum five years of water resources / municipal infrastructure experience.
• Experience with permitting packages and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D; ArcGIS and HEC software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, analysis, design, and execution of water resource projects using standard software.
• Perform and oversee modeling, analyses, studies and evaluations.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, design documents and permits.
• Coordinate with agencies to obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, and client expectations.
• Develop relationships with clients, authorities, contractors and stakeholders.
