Actalent is seeking a Wastewater Project Engineer for municipal water and wastewater projects in southeast Michigan, with possible work in Lansing, Grand Rapids and northern areas. You will develop designs, manage execution from concept through construction, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cost-effective infrastructure solutions.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 5+ years in water/wastewater, and an EIT/PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years of water/wastewater project experience with municipal infrastructure preferred.
• Engineering-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage designs, drawings, and specs for water and wastewater projects.
• Lead project execution from concept to construction and manage budgets.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to resolve issues.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and bid documents; support procurement.
• Conduct field investigations and prepare technical reports and feasibility studies.
