CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Waste & Error Certified Coding Manager to lead the coding audit team and drive high‑quality medical claim reviews. You will oversee staffing, performance management, and risk mitigation while partnering with senior leaders to ensure compliance and accurate coding.

The role requires significant coding/auditing experience, strong CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 knowledge, and proven leadership in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in medical coding, claims review, auditing, or related areas.
• 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, CMS 1500, UB-04 and reimbursement rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Certified Coding Analysts and Senior Analysts.
• Oversee coding audits, reviews, and workflow to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staffing, coaching, and performance to support delivery of business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Medical Directors on high‑risk issues.
