VIVA USA Inc is seeking a Hybrid Warehouse Worker / Cleanroom Operator to support warehouse operations and cleanroom manufacturing in a regulated production environment.

The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials, along with assembling, packaging, inspection, and documentation in a controlled cleanroom. Strong attention to detail and adherence to GMP/ISO are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational training preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments (medical device/pharma/electronics) a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, barcode scanners, and inventory transactions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components.
• Pick, stage, and issue materials for production orders.
• Perform inventory transactions using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and ensure material traceability.
• Package and prepare products for internal transfer or shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Follow FIFO, Kanban, and inventory control processes.
• Follow cleanroom gowning procedures and contamination control requirements.
• Assemble, inspect, package, and label products per work instructions.
• Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately in real time.
• Conduct visual inspections and report quality concerns.
• Support production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
• Adhere to GMP, ISO, and company quality system requirements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in cleanroom standards.
