Surge Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Driver in Sewickley, PA. This role blends warehouse tasks with local delivery driving, not a driving-only position. You’ll pick, pack, and stage orders, assemble components, and then drive a van for local deliveries.

The position requires dependable, organized individuals comfortable with hand tools and warehouse/delivery duties. A valid license and a can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience in warehouse, delivery, or material handling is a plus.
• Comfortable driving a van and performing both warehouse and driving duties.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn company-specific processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products and materials for customer deliveries.
• Prepare and stage orders for delivery.
• Load and unload materials from the company van.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
• Assemble brackets and other components using basic hand tools.
• Follow assembly instructions and ensure components are properly assembled.
• Check orders for accuracy before shipment or delivery.
• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
• Drive a company van to make local deliveries.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload products.
• Deliver materials to customers and job sites in a professional and timely manner.
• Verify delivery information and obtain required documentation/signatures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the company vehicle.
• Follow all traffic and company safety requirements.
