Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating projects, programs, research studies, or training initiatives.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills.
• Strong data management and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to coordinate activities among university personnel and external partners.
• Ability to monitor progress, identify issues, and support timely resolution.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.

Responsabilités

• Project Coordination and Management: manage day-to-day activities, timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Stakeholder, Advisory Board, and Partner Coordination: schedule meetings, prepare materials, document outcomes.
• Participant Recruitment, Data Management, and Evaluation Support: assist recruitment, enrollment, tracking, data quality.
• Training, Event, and Logistics Coordination: coordinate logistics for trainings and events.
• Administrative and Grant Support: prepare reports and support grant-related requirements.
