Job summary

WSP seeks a Vice President, Project Controls Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area, hybrid work (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) at the Santa Clara client site. You will lead program-wide controls, establish dashboards, and ensure cost/schedule integrity across mega projects.

Responsibilities include integrating cost, schedule, risk, and reporting, delivering executive reports, and guiding client interfaces and business development efforts. An engineering or PM background is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project controls experience on mega projects.
• Transit/rail project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, cost control, and scheduling.
• Interface with clients and support business development initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of project controls processes and governance.
• Integrate cost, schedule, risk, and reporting disciplines for program objectives.
• Provide dashboards and real-time KPI insights and variance analysis.
• Oversee cost control across all projects and forecasting.
• Prepare and present cost/schedule performance reports to leadership.
