City Staffing is seeking an experienced Vice President of Accounting & Administration to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and administrative functions for a growing organization.

This high-visibility leadership role is ideal for a candidate with a strong public accounting foundation who is ready to take ownership of accounting and finance operations while partnering directly with executive leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting experience.
• 5+ years of audit experience, preferably with a Big 4, national, or established regional public accounting firm.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Experience improving accounting processes and implementing operational efficiencies.
• Financial services or asset management experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general ledger accounting, monthly financial statements, and P&L reporting.
• Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and commission calculations.
• Manage and develop a team of 10+ accounting and administrative professionals.
• Analyze revenue and expense variances and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee KPIs, financial reporting, and multiple business unit P&Ls.
• Serve as a key financial partner to ownership, executives, and board stakeholders.
• Supervise administrative operations, including office management functions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve accounting processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
