Qualifications

• 6+ years of data engineering or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in data frameworks, data pipelines and data modeling.
• Banking or financial services experience is desirable.
• Experience with SQL, Python, SAS, or R and database concepts.
• Knowledge of semantic layers, medallion architecture and scalable data frameworks.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal clients to capture data needs, define onboarding approaches.
• Own end-to-end data onboarding: intake, mapping, integration design, build, validation and release.
• Develop repeatable onboarding playbooks to accelerate data maturity.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and drive project progress.
• Lead larger projects and onboard new clients to the GWFO data product suite.
• Collaborate with data teams and tech partners on scalable data flows and integrations.
