Job summary

Deutsche Bank in New York is seeking a Vice President to support pipeline origination, deal structuring and execution, and to manage the existing business book. The role offers exposure to multiple asset classes and requires strong client interaction.

You will work with the Structured Credit and Banking Coverage teams, lead marketing efforts, and develop relationships across corporate, fintech and institutional clients in a hybrid New York office.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Superior analytical aptitude required.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Origination and execution of ABS transactions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate due diligence, financial analysis, and deal structuring.
• Develop client presentations and marketing materials.
• Interact with trading desks, clients, attorneys, rating agencies.
• Mentor junior resources and manage team activities.
