• Researches, develops, tests, analyzes and documents Cisco UCS infrastructure and VMware environments.
• Mentors junior engineers and coordinates incidents and project tasks.
• Lead on-call rotation and drive incident response, upgrades and project fulfillment.
• Documents processes, knowledgebase updates, and training materials.
