Woodside Animal Hospital in Port Orchard, WA is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist / Veterinary Assistant to join our team in a unique hybrid role that blends client service with hands-on veterinary assisting. You’ll be helping patients and supporting the front desk throughout the workday.

This full-time position offers a four-day workweek with some Saturdays and opportunities for growth within a collaborative, pet-centered clinic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets at the front desk with a professional attitude.
• Answer phones, triage questions, schedule appointments, and handle paperwork.
• Assist doctors and technicians with medical, surgical, and dental procedures.
• Help restrain patients, monitor during hospitalization, and support the medical team.
• Provide clerical and medical-record support as needed.
